OUR STORY

Tint Design is a story of legacy…

Established in 1987, Tint Design was founded by Shane and Anne Golding, as a tinting workshop in their garage. Over the years, the company grew and became a leader in the commercial sector offering services such as window film, wall graphics and signage.

After more than 35 years in the industry, Shane Golding decided to retire in 2023. This marked the transition for Tint Design and the business was sold to the next generation. On 1 July 2023, 2ndGen Pty Ltd was created, to continue the legacy of Tint Design. The name reflects the involvement of successful individuals within the industry who have built their careers based on the achievements of previous generations.

The new leadership team of Tint Design consists of Paul Coniglio as Managing Director, Julia Slussareff as Financial Director, and Tyler Golding and Rob Batty as Account Directors. Paul and Tyler have extensive experience in the film and printing industries, having worked under their parents in the past. Paul has held leadership positions in various businesses added an MBA qualification to his resume in 2022. Tyler, on the other hand, spent over 20 years at Tint Design, learning from his father and establishing and contributing to the growth of the printing and production sectors. Julia has been with Tint Design for over 18 years, focusing on finance and company operations. Rob joined the business in 2022 after a successful 35-year career in marketing and operations McDonalds.

Located in Baywater, Victoria, Tint Design offers a range of products and services for the commercial built environment. They continue to provide solar and frost films for internal glazing, as well as wall graphic solutions. In recent years, Tint Design has expanded its offerings to include the specialised installation of Casper Cloaking film as well printed and precision cut acoustic panels. More recently, Tint Design has also produced modern signage solutions, specialising in custom braille and tactile signage.

With a strong foundation built over the years, Tint Design, now under the leadership of the next generation, aims to continue its growth and success in the commercial sector while maintaining the values that have been established as a commitment to their clients, staff and partnership.
