At Tint Design, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our reeded glass film products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns:

  1. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

  2. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  3. Customised or cut-to-size orders are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at admin@tintdesign.com.au with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the product back to us.

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

  1. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item is inspected.

  2. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  3. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges:
