Solution: The team organised multiple site visits and coordinated closely with Hamilton Marino Builders to align with the construction schedule.

  • Dusty Environment

Challenge: The presence of dust on-site posed a significant challenge, especially when installing a clear film that required a pristine environment for a quality finish.

Solution: Custom templates were created for consistent cuts around door handles, and hand-cutting techniques were used for the latches.

Challenge: Many rooms were not energized, necessitating work under low light conditions.

Solution: The team used a dedicated lighting systems to illuminate rooms to ensure proper visibility and accuracy during installation

  • Ensuring Correct Finish

Challenge: Achieving the desired finish required pre-installation testing and adjustments.

Solution: A test room was used to perfect the installation process for the toilet doors. Multiple samples were installed on-site for the architects to review, ensuring the correct fade effect was achieved.

Despite the challenges faced, the project was successfully completed with all 66 doors and 30 highlight panels installed with the custom-printed fade effect film.
